When you arrive, we will welcome you into our private bridal gallery and give you a moment to settle in.

Your appointment is entirely yours, with dedicated time and space to explore without the distractions of a busy bridal shop. There is no expectation that you know exactly what you want, that’s what we are here for. The space is entirely your own - no sharing fitting rooms or bumping into another bride, you have complete privacy for you and your loved ones.

Before we start trying on, we’ll spend some time talking about you and your wedding. We’ll chat through your wedding plans, venue, overall vision, what you’ve been drawn to so far and, perhaps most importantly, how you want to feel on the day. We’ll also talk through your budget, wedding date and anything else that may influence the gowns we recommend.

This is where we start to understand your bridal style.

Rather than asking you to navigate an overwhelming collection, you will browse the gallery with your stylist who will guide you through a considered selection.

We will begin with pieces that reflect what you have told us you love, then introduce a few unexpected options that we think you should try.

Sometimes the gown you fall in love with is the one you came looking for, sometimes it’s the one you never would have chosen yourself.

Our job is to know the difference.

Now, the fun part.

You will step into your first gowns with your stylist there to help you understand how each one works on your body. We will dress you to ensure the gown fits as it should with clips and pins.

We will make adjustments and use styling pieces where appropriate so you can see the potential of each gown, rather than judging a sample simply as it sits on the hanger.

We find within the time we have 5-6 gowns is possible.

As we move through the gowns, we will start to notice what is working.

Maybe it’s the way you feel in a particular neckline, it could be the shape of the skirt, the simplicity of the fabric or the way a gown moves.

We will use what we discover to refine your direction and eliminate what doesn’t feel like you to get closer to what does.

You don't need to have the answer when you arrive. You just need to be open to discovering it.

Once we find a direction you love, we can begin to explore the details that make the look feel complete.

This might mean trying a veil, considering a different neckline, changing the way a gown is styled or exploring subtle ways the gown could be personalised.

Because finding your dress is only part of the process.

It’s about understanding the entire look.

If you find the one, we will take the time to talk you through everything you need to know before making a decision.

We will discuss the designer, sizing, customisation options, production timelines, alterations and investment, so you can make your decision with complete clarity.

And if you’re not ready to decide, that’s okay too.

You should never feel pressured into choosing a gown simply because your appointment has ended.

Our role is to give you the clarity to know what comes next.
